Welcome to OxPlugins. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at oxplugins.com and all related products, plugins, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by OxPlugins ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

## 2. Account Registration

To purchase products or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain and update your information as needed

  • Keep your password secure and confidential

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use


    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    ### 3.1 WordPress Plugins

    OxPlugins develops and sells premium WordPress plugins. Each plugin is available in two versions:

  • Free Version — available directly from oxplugins.com with limited features

  • Pro Version — available for purchase with full features and priority support


    • ### 3.2 License Keys

    Upon purchasing a Pro plugin, you will receive a license key that:

  • Is valid for one (1) WordPress installation

  • Includes one (1) year of updates and priority support

  • Remains functional after the license expires (updates cease, the plugin continues to work)

  • May be renewed annually for continued updates and support


    • ### 3.3 License Restrictions

    You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your license key

  • Use a single license key on multiple WordPress installations

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin source code beyond normal WordPress customisation

  • Remove or alter any copyright or licensing notices


    • ## 4. Purchases and Payments

    ### 4.1 Pricing

    All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect existing orders.

    ### 4.2 Payment Processing

    Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

    ### 4.3 Taxes

    Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for any local taxes not collected at checkout.

    ## 5. Refunds

    Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on our refund terms. In summary:

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plugin purchases

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

    ### 6.1 Pro Customers

    Pro license holders receive priority email support. We aim to respond within one (1) business day.

    ### 6.2 Free Users

    Free version users may access community support through our documentation and public channels. Priority support is not available for free users.

    ## 7. Intellectual Property

    ### 7.1 Our Content

    All content on the OxPlugins website and within our products — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and software — is owned by OxPlugins and protected by intellectual property laws.

    ### 7.2 Your Content

    You retain ownership of any content you provide through our services (e.g., support tickets, form submissions). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to use it for the purpose of providing our services.

    ## 8. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

  • Upload malicious code or content

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission

  • Impersonate any person or entity

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • OxPlugins is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

  • We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of our plugins


    • ## 10. Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

    ## 11. Modifications

    We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • Your payment fails or is disputed

    • Upon termination, your license keys may be deactivated.

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
