## Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

Your refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date

The purchase was made directly through oxplugins.com

You have not previously received a refund for the same product

## How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Email us at support@oxplugins.com with the subject line "Refund Request"

Include your order number or the email address used for the purchase

Briefly let us know why you'd like a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

## Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Klarna)

The refund amount includes the full purchase price

Payment processing fees are non-refundable where applicable

## What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

Your license key will be deactivated

You will lose access to Pro features, updates, and priority support

The free version of the plugin will continue to work on your site

You may repurchase at any time if you change your mind

## Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (e.g., CodeCanyon) — please contact the marketplace directly

Licence keys that have been shared with or transferred to third parties

Purchases where a chargeback or dispute has been filed with your bank

## Renewals

Annual licence renewals are optional. If you choose to renew:

Renewal payments are eligible for refund within 14 days of the renewal charge

You will not be automatically charged — renewals require manual action

## Bundles

If you purchased a bundle (multiple plugins):

You may request a refund for the entire bundle within 14 days

Partial refunds for individual plugins within a bundle are not available
