Partner Programme Terms

1. Overview

The OxPlugins Partner Programme allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to OxPlugins products. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

You must apply and be approved to participate in the Partner Programme. OxPlugins reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Creator Track

• 25% commission on first sale
• 15% commission on subscription renewals (up to 36 months)
• 20% commission on lifetime purchases

Agency Track

• 20–25% commission on first sale
• 10% commission on subscription renewals (up to 36 months)

4. Attribution

Referrals are tracked via unique partner links and coupon codes. A 90-day attribution cookie is used. The last valid referral touch is credited. Once a customer converts, the attribution is locked to that partner.

5. Commission Rules

• Commissions are calculated on the sale amount excluding tax.
• All commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period.
• Commissions for refunded or disputed orders will be reversed.
• Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in commission reversal.

6. Payouts

• Payouts are processed monthly.
• Minimum payout threshold: £50.
• Partners must provide valid payment details to receive payouts.
• OxPlugins may withhold payment if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Self-referrals or referring your own accounts.
• Misleading advertising or false claims about OxPlugins products.
• Bidding on OxPlugins branded keywords in paid advertising.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other fraudulent techniques.
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications.

8. Termination

OxPlugins reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, unpaid commissions will be forfeited if the termination is due to policy violations.

9. Modifications

OxPlugins may modify these terms at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Liability

OxPlugins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Partner Programme. Commission rates and programme features may change at any time.
