Set Up Payments
Go to Spa Booking → Settings → Payments.
You can combine multiple payment options:
- Select your currency and symbol (USD, GBP, EUR, etc.).
- Choose whether the symbol appears before or after prices.
- Enable Pay at location and write instructions (e.g. *“Pay at reception after your massage”*).
- Optionally enable insurance-style flows if you use them for wellness packages.
- Enable Stripe and choose test or live mode.
- Enter your Stripe keys.
- Use the Test Stripe connection button to verify the setup.
- Enable PayPal in sandbox or live mode.
- Enter your Client ID and Secret.
- Test the connection using the built-in button.
- Enable Klarna for Pay Now and/or Slice It (installments), with a minimum booking amount.
- Configure region and API credentials.
- Use the Klarna connection test.
- Let clients pay a deposit instead of the full amount.
- Options include:
- Required – booking only confirms with a deposit.
- Optional – clients choose deposit vs pay in full.
- Choose percentage or fixed amount.
- Apply deposits to all services, specific services, or certain categories.
- Turn tax on or off.
- Set the tax rate.
- Choose whether prices are tax inclusive or tax exclusive.
