Before you open bookings to real patients, walk through this list:

✔ Clinic & Business Settings

Name, time zone, business hours: double-checked.

✔ Payments

Stripe/PayPal/Klarna connections tested.

Tax and deposit rules are set correctly.

✔ Services & Providers

All key services created.

Each service is assigned to the right providers.

✔ Availability

Provider schedules and special days are configured.

✔ Pages

Booking page created with [clb_booking] or a block/widget.

Dashboard page created with [clb_customer_dashboard].

Booking & confirmation pages selected in Booking Rules.

✔ Test Booking

Make at least one test booking yourself:

As a guest and/or logged-in user

With and without online payment (depending on your setup)

Check:

Confirmation email

Dashboard display

Appointment in the Appointments list and Calendar.

Once everything looks good, you can confidently promote your “Book Now” page to patients.
