Putting the Booking & Dashboard on Your Site

Using Shortcodes (Works Everywhere)

The three key shortcodes are:

  • [clb_booking]
  • [clb_customer_dashboard]
  • [clb_services_list]
  • You can place forms on any page using shortcodes.

    Booking form:

    [clb_booking]

    This shows your main multistep booking form.

    [clb_customer_dashboard]

    Customer dashboard (for logged-in users):

    This shows:

  • Upcoming appointments
  • Past appointments
  • Patient profiles
  • Account details (depending on configuration)
  • [clb_services_list]

    Services list (to showcase services):

    You can filter by category and change the layout with shortcode options.

    Using the Block Editor (Gutenberg)

    If you use the WordPress Block Editor:

  • Edit a page.
  • Click the “+” button.
  • Search for blocks provided by the plugin, such as:
  • Clinic Booking Form

    Clinic Customer Dashboard

    Clinic Services List

  • Insert the block and configure the available options (for example, which service type to show by default).
  • Using Elementor

    If your site uses Elementor:

  • Open a page with Elementor.
  • In the widget panel, find the Clinic Booking category.
  • Drag the:
  • Booking widget to add a booking form.
  • Dashboard widget to add the patient dashboard.

  • Configure the widget settings in the Elementor sidebar.
