Q: Can customers book without creating an account?
A: New customers provide their details during booking. They're automatically added to your customer list for future bookings.
Q: Can I set different availability for different days?
A: Yes. You can set unique working hours for each day of the week, plus add breaks and block out specific dates.
Q: What happens when a time slot is fully booked?
A: It automatically disappears from the booking form. Customers only see available times.
Q: Can I manage multiple pets per customer?
A: Yes. Customers can register multiple pets, and select which pet(s) each appointment is for.
